During the holidays I spent alot of time trying out new recipes. This baked veggie omelet is quick and easy for a holiday party! It is done in 15 min. and serves 10-12 people!
My Egg-Surimi Dip is made of chopped hard-boiled eggs, chives and creme fraiche topped with sliced Surimi. Serves 10.
Cold sesame noodles are one of my all-time favorites! Chinese noodles cooked and rinsed in cold water. Add soy sauce, dried red chili, sesame oil, peanut butter, mustard, crushed peanuts, roasted sesame seeds, chopped cucumber…toss and eat!
Easy Cherry Cobbler! Melt butter in baking dish, pour in batter over butter, pour in fruit, DO NOT STIR! Bake for 45 min. There will be absolutely no leftovers! 😀
Here is my very first Tiramisu! It was very fluffy and creamy, looked lovely BUT after tasting it, I realised I had forgotten the sugar! No problem though, I just spinkled a little on top! Tasted yummy and sparkled a little bit more with the crystalized sugar garnish!
