Stempelwalküre Art

There is nothing to it!  I just made a basket with my new Big Shot Bigz form. Stamped a few butterflies in different colors, 2 for each butterfly back and front and ran them through my big shot with the smallest of my new butterfly framelits.

I used a little florist foam and some moss to help fill the basket and have a way to stick in my butterflies so they would bounce around! :-D.  I formed a little wire „V“ and curled the ends with a long nose jewelry pliers and hot glued them to my butterflies. Then I cut different legnths of wires and hot glued them to the inside of one butterfly half before quickly making a glue sandwich with the other butterfly half.

Just for fun, I used my new hearts confetti border punch and made a few tiny hearts to decorate my fluttery friends. I stamped a little greeting from the new spring stamp set „From the Garden“, added a bright yellow ribbon (one of the many free gifts I received from the great Sale-a-bration offer). and TA-DAAAAA!

A cute gift for a friend or decoration for your home!!

Sehr leicht zu machen! Mein Schmetterlings-Frülingskranz bringt ein bißchen Frühjahr-feeling mit sich!

Es ist richtig ungemütlich draussen heute!  Macht nichts… habe viele sonnige Projekte zu planen!

Willst du auch schöne Frühlings-Projekte zaubern?  Ich habe noch ein Paar Workshop-Termine während Sale-A-Brations frei! Vielleicht möchtest du mit deinen Freundinnen einen Workshop mit mir planen? Es macht ganz viel Spaß zusammen etwas schönes zu zaubern und es gibt ganz viele Vorteile für Gastgeberinnen und ihre Gäste!  Klingt interessant???

Art is born of an artists being and should be treated as such. Make something yourself, and see how much of you exists in your work, how difficult it is to part with, and how important it is to you, that your creation however small, finds a worthy home!

Normalerweise bin ich super gut in „Multi-tasking“.  Ich kann basteln, organisieren, telefonieren, kochen und abwaschen alles gleichzeitig! ABER…diese Woche war wirklich eine Ausnahme. Während ich dieses schöne Körbchen mit Blumen gebastelt habe, zwischen Emails beanworten und Kartoffeln braten, ist das Eine oder das Andere SCHIEF gegangen!

Ich weiß, es kann mal so etwas passieren.  Ich habe ein bisschen geschluckt und dann weiter gemacht.

Dann heute, als ich zwischen Bastelzimmer aufräumen nach meiner Katalog-Party, eine neue Idee ausprobieren wollte und Eier für Eiersalat kochen, ist mir dieses Missgeschick passiert.

3 Eier explodierten samt meiner In-Topf Eier-Uhr (komplett eingeschmolzen) !

Ich habe noch einen ganz neuen Topf und ein Frühstücksbrett zu beklagen!

Ich glaube es ist Zeit kürzer zu treten, wenn auch nur meiner Küche wegen! 😦

Meine schönen Blumen und die netten Mädels bei meiner Katalog-Party sind aber eine große Entschädigung für mein Multi-tasking Disasters!  Ich denke es wäre angebracht, nicht mehr Multi-tasking während der Essens-Vorbereitung zu versuchen, sonst werden wir sicherlich verhungern!
