As the sun peeked over the clouds this morning, I was immediately filled with the hope of perhaps a „real“ summer day, after weeks and weeks of cold, rain and cloudy skies!
Here a brayered Bermuda Bay background with water sprinkled across the dried ink to give a nice mottled effect to the water. I applied more ink to one side for a shadow effect.

Here is a present that I made for one of my students who just had a baby girl! I was very happy to visit mommy and meet her beautiful 10 day old little daughter!
It took me a while to color and cut out all of the little bears. I am sooo spoiled by punches. Crrrunch and all finished! Oh, well can’t have a punch for every image or shape. (Or can I ??? 😀 !)

Here a matching card and mini photo album! I am loving the new colors and mosaic designs! New punch, embossing folder, and stamp-set all coordinated! I thought it would make life easier, but the choices are mind-boggling!
As I started these projects I was thinking… fresh…summer and strawberry icecream, but as I started working I decided this would also do very nicely for ice… snow… and christmas!!!
As I said, very versatile!

Something to tweet about! Here a sneek peak of the new SU design paper „Gingam Garden“ and matching washi tape! I had a great time decorating this little birdhouse.with products from the up-coming 2013-14 Stampin‘ Up Catalogue! So simple and such cute designs!
I was so busy with all of my new stash, that I hardly had any space left to take a proper photo. It would have taken me at least an hour just to clear a space large enough on my table.(So I didn’t bother) So sorry for the messy table picture! Oh, shame on me! Messy crafter! (Tsk,Tsk!) 😀 !
I even put washi tape under the roof! It makes everything, even the smallest spaces look finished! Love it!!!!!

Just had a short play with some new stamps and whatever scraps were laying on my desk at the moment. I really didn’t plan anything, it just happened! So here is a hodge-podge of new and old! Nothing like a little confusion to make me tidy up my craft room!
Only a few days left for the 2012-13 Catalogue and for the Spring-Summer Mini Catalogue. So many beautiful stamp sets, design paper, embellishments and tools will be retiring on July 1st. I seem to be rushing to use everything before all of the gorgeous „NEW“ stash is available. I managed to part with some of my scraps by giving them to one of my new team ladies to play with until she has more stash of her own. Then I found another box of scraps and decided that I needed to turn them into something decorative for my windowsill. I am not quite finished but I love the way they brighten up my craft room!
