Shabby Chic Box

Actually, this was supposed to be a card.

I had a small stamping disaster as I stamped the text on the card upsidedown! I was so frustrated that I ruined my card, that I cut it up into pieces!!!. As the cut up card was lying on the table upsidedown, I realized that upside-down was now right-side-up and I re-attached it to a piece of card, measured it, and made a box exactly to fit my little paper disaster.

I quite like the little box now. It just goes to show you, before you give up on something you like, take a look at it again from another angle!!

Happy Day!

Here is a card that I made for a customer yesterday. She wanted to make her own wedding invitations. She brought me an example which she thought might work for her. And we worked with it a bit and came up with this card.

I really like the result and thought it might also serve as a lovely birthday greeting or thank you card! After speaking with the bride to be, I discovered that the original idea came from an outspoken Stampin‘-Up-Sister who has a terribly interesting blog called „puenktchenstempel.de“ So for those of you german speakers, who like a „tongue in cheek“ type of crafty humor, I can recommend giving Nadine Teiner a visit!

I forced myself to stamp using „orange“ ink today. Just stamped nothing too complicated. Kinda like it! 😀

Happy Watercolor !

Ganz einfach gestempelt!

Stempel-Set – Happy Watercolor wird zu meinem absoluten Favorit! Ich konnte gar nicht aufhören damit zu stempeln. Ich habe sogar fast alle meine ganzen Oster-Grüße geschafft.Meine Geburtstags-Grüße und Danksagungen sind alle schon gesichert! Am 28. Januar 9:00-11:30 kann man schon alles bei mir begutachten und schon bestellen. Am 1. Februar ab 12:00 darf man sogarbei meiner „Katalog-Party“ einiges anfassen und ausprobieren!!! Sag Bescheid ob du vorbeischauen möchtest, das ich genug „Make and Take“ Projekte vorbereiten kann! 😀

SAB 2014 Sneak Peek! 1-Minute-Card!

Very simple 1 minute card for the stamper with no time to spare!

No layering, no glueing things together, just beautiful new stamps (mixed with a few old friends like „Gorgeous Grunge“) with fresh colored ink and a little „pool party“ (aqua) embossing powder to lift the greeting off the page!

Zoo Babies!

I have been sorting out the old stamps to make room for the new stamps in the Sale-a- bration broschure and the New Spring/Summer Occasions Catalogue coming out at the end of the month. As I was cleaning and sorting I came across, (to my great dismay! 😦 ) that I had stamp sets that were retired that I had not even put together, let alone used! Well, I could not leave this situation unattended, so I decided to stop my mission to clean out my space (just for a moment, you understand! 😀 ) to stamp with my poor, neglected stamp sets!

I, of course, couldn’t just stop at making one card with just one little stamp…oh, no!

So the „few moments“, alotted myself as a break from my „Craft Room Clean-up Mission“ turned into about a 2 hour stamping frenzy!

Today I will take a look to see if I have neglected any other POOR little stamp sets, and let you know.

!!! Bastelkeller Flohmarkt ab 30.12!!!

Meine letzte großeTat in 2013 wird est sein, meinen Basteltisch aufzuräumen Ich habe nur gerade 50 cm von den 2 Meter geschafft. Dann mittendrin in meiner Aufräum-Aktion habe ich ein Idee gekriegt, und alles war wieder voll! Ich habe mir gedacht wenn schon alles auf mein Tisch noch weihnachtet , dann vielleicht wäre est eine günstiger Moment paar Weihnachtskarte für nachsten Weihnachten zu schaffen!

So hier sind ein paar Karten und Gutscheine für meinen Weihnachtsmarkt-Stand 2014!

Jetzt kann ich meinen Tisch endlich aufräumen.

Ich habe dieses Gefühl, dass sich ein „GutenRutsch“Bastelkeller-Flohmarkt anbahnt! Sogar ab Montag, 30. Dez. bei meine letzten „Haltestelle Stempelwalkuere 2013“ 9:30-11:30.
