Super neues Stempel-Set „Build a Birthday“ in den neuen „In Colors“!
Mit den tollen vielseitigen „CrystalEffects“ (Farbloser Bastellack) habe ich meiner Karte ein bißchen „Glanz“ verliehen!
Als Hintergrundpapier habe ich das neue 12×12 Designpapier in Minzmakrone extra-leicht für Umschläge benutzt! Das neue Umschlagpapier ist einer von vielen „Geheim-Tipps“ welchen ich bei meiner „Open House“ Katalog-Party am 14. Juni ab 13:00 lüften werde!

„Big Day“ Special Birthday Card for Mom!
Wow! So easy to personalize gifts with a monogram. It makes everyone feel very special. This was the first time I used the new stamp set „Sophisticated Serifs“ …and I love it! It comes with capital letters in both smaller and larger sizes and lots of little decorating extras!
I love this 6×6 inch card for special occasions. So many different squares to decorate and so much room to put special mementos and pictures!
A great card for scrapbookers!
I even was able to change the english spelling „Mum“ to the US spelling „Mom“ with just a swipe of my color coordinated marker! That is just another perk one has with Stampin‘ Up, everthing matches, no guessing! I knew that if I was stamping my sentiment in Midnight Muse ink, I could just take my Midnight Muse marker and make the little changes I needed with no problem at all! My mom said that she really loved the card! That it the best part! :-D! A little appreciation goes a LONG way!

Shabby Chic Box
Actually, this was supposed to be a card.
I had a small stamping disaster as I stamped the text on the card upsidedown! I was so frustrated that I ruined my card, that I cut it up into pieces!!!. As the cut up card was lying on the table upsidedown, I realized that upside-down was now right-side-up and I re-attached it to a piece of card, measured it, and made a box exactly to fit my little paper disaster.
I quite like the little box now. It just goes to show you, before you give up on something you like, take a look at it again from another angle!!

Celebrate!
Just playing with my Envelope Punch Board! I made cute CD Box!in minutes! It may become a birthday present for someone special this week! Many thanks to Crafty Hallet, (UK demonstrator) who made it easy for all of us who are not good at math to have perfect measurements for our Envelope Punch Board using her Excel- „Magic Numbers“ File !

Envelope Punch Board Workshop Projects!
Here are a few projects we made in my „Technique Tuesday“ EPB Workshop! We were sooo busy we just had enough time to make the boxes. We mostly concentrated on the „How to’s and „Tips and Tricks“. We did not even have enough time to really decorate all of the boxes, so I finished mine this morning!
We had a lovely time making our mistakes, pulling things apart and putting them bach together again! Rounding out the caved-in „Bon-Bons“
One of the main things we discovered is, that it is important to get a feel for how much pressure one uses while scoring DSP. The answer we collectively came up with was… not too much pressure at all! Otherwise you wind up „slicing“ your design paper instead of „scoring“ it! :-D!
As I was practicing, I said ooops, quite a few times before I got it just right.mostly because of my own impatience and no fault of the DSP or the envelope punch board!

Das neue tolle Stanz- und Falzbrett für Umschäge ist leicht zu bedienen und man kann 66 verschiedene Umschlag-Größen basteln. Auch perfekt für besondere Karten, Boxen und Minialben, einfach ein Traum!
