I claimed the only free space I could find with a little light on the window ledge and proceeded to make my crafty mess!

If you are like me, you have too many old magazines, broschures and newspapers stacked up around the house. I decided to turn my trash into something fun! Here is a silly quirky bowl which I wove yesterday out of a travel catalogue I found.
It was quite simple but does require some patience.
I really love the result!
I will definitely be making more of these!

Besonders schön im Sommer ist natürlich das abendliche Lagerfeuer und dazu gehört ganz sicher auch das leckere Stockbrot!
Ich habe dieses mal ein neues Rezept ausprobiert!
1 Kilo Mehl
3 Eier
1 Würfel frische Hefe
3 EL braune Zucker
250 ml Milch
Prise Salz
Beim nächsten Mal würde ich eine Prise mehr Salz hinein tun, bevor ich den Teig auf die Stöcke wickle – sonst war sehr lecker. Ich habe dann mit eine selbstgemachte Honig-Butter serviert! Mmmmmmmmm

Well it seems like „Geocaching “ is the latest, greatest leisure-time activity. As I understand it, it is something like a global treasure hunt with GPS. Anyway, my boys needed something to leave behind in all of the hiding places they found. So I made them a few little calling cards.
Off to find some more treasure!

One of my absolute favorite activities this summer has been sitting on a bench with a few stamps, whisper white cardstock and a fist full of „Blendabilities“ alcohol markers…new from Stampin‘ Up!
It is soooo easy to get a professional look!
I simply added more color to the parts I wanted to have more depth or took away color with the special made color-lifter pen just loaded with a blending solution!
Love also the watercolor look you can get! I have used alcohol markers for many years now from various companies, but I am especially excited to be able to have them coordinate exactly with all of my Stampin‘ Up, ink pads, cardstock, designer series papers and embelishments. The possibilies are truly endless. Gotta get ‚um ALL!!!

Here ist my first try with „Project Life“ Everyday Adventures Kit! A revolutionary way to do „Memory Keeping“!
Soooo easy! No muss, no fuss and in no time at all – FINISHED! Ta-Daaaa! I did not have to cut anything, I did not even use adhesive, just placed my photos and pre-cut Project Life cards into the pockets!
What I liked the best was, that I had my cute little box of coordinated supplies, a few fotos (which usually just live on my computer hard drive) and that was it! I did not have to pull apart my whole craft room to do a great project!
Sometimes I decide not to do a project just because I know, I won’t have time to clean up the chaos when I am finished. And sometimes I just can not decide which of my fabulous Design Series Papers I want to use. Here, if I make something and decide that I prefer to use another design, I just take it out of the pocket and put it back it the cute little box to use later! No waste, no guilt!!! Can not wait to do my next „Project Life“ page.
If you have a limited amout of creative time and alot of great memories all organized in boxes in your bedroom closet and fotos which live primarly in a file on your computer, then perhaps is this a great system for you! Ich habe es mir sehr leicht gemacht! Ich habe diese Idee einfach aus dem neuen Stampin‘ Up Katalog gemopst! Einfach nachgemacht, ohne Schuldgefühle! 😀 ! Eine kleine Änderung hier, oder dort, aber zum Großteil… kopiert!
Manchmal braucht man einfach einen kreativen Anstupser bevor man selber loslegt! In dem neuen Katalog gibt es unzählige „Anstupser“ auf jeder Seite! Falls du auch loslegen willst, dann komm zu meiner Katalog-Vorschau am 22. Juni 15:00-16:30. (Anmeldung erwünscht!)
